All software written by torpedo inc. is released as freeware.
You are allowed to :
- use, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer and distribute the software or modified versions of the software in all ways not excluded by the section 'not allowed' below.
You are NOT allowed to :
- charge money for the software or any modification of it. That is, it must remain freeware to everyone at any time.
- modify the version info in a way that obscures or does not mention the source ( torpedo inc. ) in an appropriate way.
- put the software into a bundle that you charge for without offering our software for free beside. That is, you must put a link to our site somewhere your customer sees it before paying for the bundle.
- modify the software to include aggressive code such as code damaging the users system or self-reproducing code (aka trojans , worms and virii)
- claim any refund for damage caused by our software.
